Elmir is a Mpumalanga based developer commited to it's vision to stimulate local economic development by unlocking land potential. The owner managed business was established in 2003 by Eben and Marius van Wyk, two qualified and experienced professionals.
Elmir has grown from strength to strength building a solid reputation along the way as demonstrated by the attached project portfolio.

Elmir takes responsibility for the financing and management of :

- Planning of the project.
- Obtaining the necessary approvals ( E.I.A, local authorities ).
- Administration of township establishment and proclamation.
- Design and installation of all the municipal infrastructures.
- Design and construction of top structures.
- Marketing of the erven/units.
- Conveyancing.
- Elmir prefers entering into Land Availability Agreements with landowners.
